At Bluebell, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
Please note that during busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — but we promise we’re packing everything with extra care 🌿
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Ireland, the UK, and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and order size. Any applicable duties or customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking details and believe you should have, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Bluebell is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. However, if your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we’ll do everything we can to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bluebell cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
